Currently searching for a new hairstyle and came across these photos in all their 1990s glory. In loving memory of strategically placed barrel curls/dark lips and “THE RACHEL” haircut with in your face highlights (Although I still see both in THE SOUTH from time to time).
Before them there were none and after there shall be NO MORE.
