I know I know…fashion/style repeats…I’ve been
stalking fashion way too long to not know that.
But…Yeezy’s SEASON 4 show,
that took place yesterday during NYFW, immediately took me back 6 years as I
thought of another runway show.
CHEAP MONDAY…a brand that has been doing their
thing for quite sometime presented their Spring/Summer 2011 line (in 2010).
Although
transparent boots/transparent heeled boots date back to the “MOD” era I can’t
help but think if Yeezy was a bit “inspired” by CHEAP MONDAY’S line from
way back. Just a wonder…
I added the boots to a Virtual Style look book
in 2011…glad to see this head turning footwear making rounds again!
