I’ve always
been a huge fan of nostalgia so I’m not a part of the current group of Beyonce
bang nay-sayers. No, it’s not because I’m a fan of Beyonce but I’m a fan of
Betty Page images. Pin up girls (past and present), runway models, and other
celebs (Katy Perry and Kelly Osborne to name a few) have rocked the overly cropped
Betty bang. And now that Beyonce has gone public with her Betty bang folks are
cringing and howling out in disgust. I’m guessing Bey rocking the Betty bang
was better accepted in her past videos (photos below) but to walk around doing
her everyday thing shouldn’t include the BANG? Sometimes I giggle at this “I’m
different but I HATE different” vibe that is so common these days. Get your
BANG on B…loving the extra touch of nostalgia with the James Dean steeze in the
photo below!
