Wrapper's Delight
Over the weekend my sister and I hit the road, like THELMA AND LOUISE, for a 3 hour road trip to do some outlet shopping. Although I picked up a few interesting pieces here and there my favorite buy were the NAIL ROCK nail wraps for a buck each. I've seen NAIL ROCK in magazines and on www.asos.com but NEVER spotted that brand for a $1.00. I decided to grab about 4 different packs and now, after only a few days of wear, I'm regretting not buying at least 20 different packs. Below are my nails after applying this very easy to apply nail wrap along with a few NAIL ROCK images to give you an idea of their packaging for those who are not familiar. If you ever see them on sale, and you're into nail wrap art, do grab as many as you're able to!

They Ask Me What I do and Who I Do It For
I’m actually SMH at myself for that title above…Ha!
My sister…I may have mentioned her on N.I.C.E. a few times. My right hand, the one who understands me THE MOST, the one who catches me when I fall…and accepts me FLAWS AND ALL (Just had to throw some Beyonce in there). I see this young lady raise her daughter and battle an illness day in and day out which makes me love and salute her even more. Didn’t get a chance to give you a N.I.C.E. birthday shout out on yesterday but better late than never. I know you read the blog and I just had to do it. We’ll be on our THELMA and LOUISE ish this weekend…LOVE YA SISSY!

MALL TIL WE FALL
The mall...you know the place we visit, in our spare time, to hunt for the latest? This past Saturday Houston's GALLERIA mall looked beyond UNREAL...even to the natives who know THE GALLERIA can be a mad house during the Christmas season!

WHAT I WORE: NBA ALL STAR WEEKEND
Unless you've been under a rock you know this past weekend was NBA ALL STAR WEEKEND in HOUSTON-MY CITY-TEXAS. Saturday/Sunday I had the opportunity to work with a cool group of people, from all over the US, during NBA JAM SESSION. Made some great connects and I look forward to working with the NBA JAM SESSION in the future. I cropped my face out because, just like my attire, you REALLY did not want to see my WORKED THE ENTIRE WEEKEND face...I'M SURE! If you came down for the festivities I hope you enjoyed your stay!
P.S. I was somewhat shocked by the questions I received in regards to my kicks. I didn't think the wedge was noticeable but stylish ladies in attendance were loving the look and wanted to know where to buy...several colorways available HERE

The Way Eye See It
While digging thru the SIDE OF STYLE vault I came across the photos below of the ever so fabulous model Monti (I'm sure I may have shared the pics before). I had the opportunity to style Monti February 2010 for a “SPRING CLEANING” photo shoot.
